Odd bridesmaid colors, part II - The Wrath of Peach! Yes, it seems the designers love the pale pastel shades this season, yet they are becoming to whom, exactly? The moment I see something peach on a hanger I run in the opposite direction. It could be my fair Irish skin that's already plenty peachy, but this is another color that's difficult to carry for most people. Either it's really nude, slightly too orange, or slightly too pink... just where is the happy medium when it comes to peach?

True, the color is improved when paired with a stronger one like charcoal grey or navy, but here they are presented almost uniformly tonal. I did love the way Versace and Blumarine interpreted the color so successfully - but everything looks great on models! In any case, look for some peachy-keen pieces to be coming to stores near you!
